reciting Salat upon the Prophet in abundance. (Guldastah Durood-o-Salaam, p. 12)

*   Reciting Salat upon the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is a cause of the acceptance of Du’as.

*   Reciting Salat upon the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is sufficient to dispel all worries and to fulfil all needs. (Guldastah Durood-o-Salaam, p. 17)

*   Reciting Salat upon the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is an expiation for sins. (Firdaus-ul-Akhbar, vol. 2, p. 22, Hadith 3554)

*   It is equivalent to, rather it is superior to Sadaqah. (Durr-e-Mansoor, Part 22, Al-Ahzaab, under the verse 56, vol. 6, p. 654)

*   Reciting Salat upon the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم alleviates difficulties,

*   Leads to cure from illnesses,

*   Distances fear,

*   Grants salvation from oppression,

*   Results in victory over enemies.

*   Reciting Salat upon the Prophet grants salvation from the horrors of judgement day,

*   Results in ease when facing the pangs of death,

*   Leads to deliverance from the perils of the world,

*   Removes poverty,

*   Makes one recall a forgotten thing. (Jazb-ul-Quloob, p. 229)
