Dear Islamic brothers! We have heard that:
1. The Holy Quran teaches Muslims to guard their gaze.
2. Numerous hadith encourage and emphasise refraining from sinful gazes.
3. Guarding the gaze leads to purity of the heart.
4. Sinful gazes lead to the displeasure of Allah and the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.
5. The friends of Allah are extremely cautious in guarding their gaze.
6. The punishment for sinful gazes is sometimes given in this world.
7. Unlawful gazes are a cause of humiliation and disgrace in this world and the Hereafter.
8. Those who engage in sinful gazes are afflicted with a strange restlessness.
May Allah Almighty protect all Muslims from the devastations of sinful gazes and the lack of adherence to Islamic veiling.
