Sayyiduna Sulayman عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام was blessed with the powers to rule over Jinns and winds and to listen to the voice of ants from a distance of 3 miles, etc. When Allah Almighty sent the Beloved Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, Allah Almighty blessed him with more virtues, Prophetic miracles and powers than the previous Ambiya and Rusul عَـلَـيْهِمُ السَّلَام as he صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم has been made the chief of Awwaleen (the first) and Aakhireen (the last). He صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم was even given the powers over the moon and the sun.

Toy of Noor

Shaykh-e-Tareeqat, Ameer-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat, the founder of Dawat-e-Islami, ‘Allamah Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qaadiri Razavi Ziyaee    دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـه has mentioned on page 6 of his booklet namely ‘Noor ka Khilona’:

Sayyiduna ‘Abbas رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ has narrated that he once humbly said to the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم, ‘Ya Rasoolallah صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم! I was invited to embrace your religion by the signs of your Prophethood. In your childhood,  I saw you speaking to the moon in your cradle, and pointing your finger towards it and wherever you were pointing your finger, the moon also bowed accordingly.’ The Rasool of Rahmah صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم said, ‘I used to speak to the moon and the moon used to speak with me. It used to amuse me whenever I cried. When the moon would perform Sajdah beneath the ‘Arsh of Allah Almighty, that time I would hear the voice of its making Tasbih.

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب              صَلَّى اللّٰهُ تَعَالٰى عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

The sun rose back

At a place called Sahba [صہبا], near Khyber, having performed ‘Asr Salah, the Beloved Rasool صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم fell asleep placing his blessed head on the lap of Sayyiduna ‘Ali رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ and started receiving the Divine revelation. Sayyiduna ‘Ali رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ kept sitting with the blessed head of Rasoolullah         صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم on his lap until the sunset and the Holy Nabi صَلَّى اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم learned that ‘Asr Salah of Sayyiduna ‘Ali رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰی عَـنْهُ got Qada (missed).
