Majlis Dar-us-Sunnah

O devotees of the Prophet! اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه, the religious movement of Dawat-e-Islami is working worldwide in over 80 departments to spread the Sunnah far and wide. One of these departments is known as ‘Dar-us-Sunnah.’ Under the supervision of this department, various courses are delivered by trained Islamic brothers for Islamic brothers, and by Islamic sisters for Islamic sisters.

In these courses, fundamental beliefs (Aqaaid), rulings of Salah, rules of reciting the Holy Quran correctly, Sunnah and etiquettes, how to perform religious work among special Islamic brothers and sisters, select chapters of the Holy Quran, etc., are taught. With the grace of Allah Almighty, thousands of Islamic brothers and sisters have had the honour of completing various courses under the supervision of this department. May Allah Almighty enable this department to serve the religion with even more enthusiasm.

اٰمِیْن بِجَاہِ النَّبِیِّ الْاَمِیْن صلَّی اللہ علیہ واٰلہٖ وسلَّم

صَلُّوۡا عَلَى الۡحَبِيۡب                                 صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّد

Sunnah pertaining to sneezing

Dear Islamic brothers! Come, let’s now listen to Sunnah and manners pertaining to sneezing, extracted from the booklet of Ameer-e-ahl-e-Sunnat دَامَـتْ بَـرَكَـاتُـهُـمُ الْـعَـالِـيَـهْ, ‘101 Madani Phool’.

Firstly, lets have the honour of looking at two statements of the Messenger of Allah صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم:

*   Allah Almighty likes the sneeze, and dislikes yawning. (Bukhari, vol. 4, p. 163, Hadith: 6226)

*   Whenever someone sneezes and says اَلْـحَمْـدُ لـِلّٰـه, then angels say رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ, and if he says رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ, then the angels go on to say: May Allah
