Place 12 large Madani flags upon the roof of your homes and Masajid, and, whilst protecting passers-by from any difficulty, and without violating any public rights, put up 12 metre flags or any size necessary. Do not plant the base for Madani flags in the middle of a road because this negatively affects traffic. Do not decorate alleyways or any place in such a manner that causes the path to become restricted for people or violates their rights or hurts their feelings.
