*   Sayyiduna Sulayman عَـلَيْـهِ الـسَّـلَام said: The rooster says: ‘اُذْکُرُوا اللّٰھَ یَا غَافِلِیْن’, meaning O neglectful ones, perform the Zikr of Allah. (Fayd-ul-Qadeer, vol. 1, p. 488, under the Hadith 695)

*   Salat upon the Prophet is such an act that even Allah Almighty does. (Guldastah Durood-o-Salaam, p. 17)

*   The only act which Allah Almighty does, His angels do it too and the believers have also been commanded to perform it is Salat upon the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم.

*   The Salat of Allah refers to Him descending mercy, whereas the Salat of angels and humans is to supplicate for mercy. (Guldastah Durood-o-Salaam, p. 20)

*   Essentially, reciting Salat upon the Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم is a great method of beseeching in the court of the Lord Almighty. (Guldastah Durood-o-Salaam, p. 21)

*   Reciting Salat upon the Prophet is a cause of attaining the pleasure of Allah Almighty and His beloved صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم. (Guldastah Durood-o-Salaam, p. 22)

*   There is no better way of attaining blessings, increasing recognition and gaining proximity to the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم than
