Book Name:Aaqa Kareem Ki Ummat Say Muhabbat

Some examples of his mercy and compassion towards the Ummah

1.   Due to the difficulty that the weak, the sick and the labourers from the Ummah would face, he did not delay Isha Salah till one-third of the night.

2.   Out of concern for the weak, the sick and children, he gave the command to not extend the recitation during Salah.

3.   He did not always offer the Nawafil at night, lest they become Fard upon the Ummah.

4.   Due to the Ummah falling into difficulty, he forbade them from observing the fasts of Sawm al-Wisaal (i.e. to fast the next day without having Iftar, and to continuously fasting like this).

5.   He did not make Hajj Fard every year, as the Ummah would face difficulty.

6.   Showing compassion towards the Muslims, he ordered Raml (walking swiftly) to be performed in the first three rounds of Tawaf; not in all rounds.

7.   The Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم would stay awake the entire night and remain engaged in worship, and would plead earnestly in the court of Allah Almighty for the forgiveness of the Ummah, to such an extent that his blessed feet would often become swollen whilst standing.
